Divcon Controls Appoints Molly Ward as Vice President of Sustainability

Ward to advance Divcon’s environmental leadership strategy

DALLAS--()--Divcon Controls, an international building management and electrical power monitoring system provider to mission-critical facility operators, announced it has appointed Molly Ward as its vice president of sustainability. Ward brings over 15 years of experience in sustainable practices and innovative solutions to advance Divcon’s commitment to environmental stewardship and responsibility. She will lead Divcon’s strategic initiatives focused on integrating sustainable practices across all areas of the business, including a focus on partnering with Divcon’s customers.

Ward joins Divcon from Apple, where she spent seven years developing clean energy and sustainability programs and projects. She also has held advisory roles focused on international clean energy and climate at the State Department and served as deputy associate director for energy and climate change at the White House. Research was central to her early career. She worked and studied at several notable institutions such as Harvard University, where her concentration was on applied mathematics with physical chemistry, and Duke University, where she earned her graduate degrees and continued to hone her focus on energy and the environment.
