HENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FragilePAK Chief Executive Officer T. J. O’Connor today announced leadership transitions within the company, as Founder Joel Ritch and co-founding executive Julian Ludlow step back from day-to-day operations.
Ritch, the visionary behind FragilePAK’s inception and development, will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.
“Joel’s legacy at FragilePAK is invaluable, and his continued role on our board will allow us to benefit from his deep industry knowledge and insights as we move forward,” said O'Connor.
Ludlow will step down from his role as President of FragilePAK at the end of the year.
“As co-founder and president, Julian was instrumental in building out the operational network that underpins our last-mile delivery services,” O’Connor explained. “He also played a key role in leading the company’s commercial efforts, including sales and customer service, working with both retail shippers and consignees.”
“These leadership transitions reflect the natural evolution of FragilePAK’s executive team, while maintaining our commitment to service excellence. Customers can continue to expect the same high-quality service and operational reliability they’ve come to trust, as we lead the big and bulky transportation delivery market,” O’Connor concluded.
