NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders today. William P. Lauder, Executive Chairman, chaired the meeting.
At the meeting, stockholders elected Paul J. Fribourg, Jennifer Hyman, Arturo Nuñez, and Barry S. Sternlicht to the Board as Class I Directors. Stockholders also ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent auditors for the current fiscal year, approved the advisory vote to approve executive compensation, and approved the Amended and Restated Fiscal 2002 Share Incentive Plan.
