Army Service Members Can Access No-Cost, Fast-Track Allied Health Certifications Through ACT’s Fully Online Approved Programs.

NEW YORK--()--Advanced eClinical Training (ACT), a national leader in online certification training for allied health careers, has been announced as an approved provider under the Army Credentialing Assistance (CA) Program. Through this program, eligible Army service members, including active-duty Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard, can access no-cost, fully online certification training in high-demand allied health fields.

ACT’s 100% online courses are designed to prepare service members for civilian healthcare roles. They offer a flexible, fast-paced approach that aligns with the needs of military personnel. All programs can be completed in eight weeks or less, providing essential skills and certifications for career advancement or smooth transitions into the civilian workforce.

About the Army Credentialing Assistance (CA) Program

The Army CA Program is a component of Army Credentialing Opportunities Online (COOL), which provides funding to support Army personnel in obtaining credentials and licenses that directly align with civilian careers. With up to $4,000 available annually for the combined use of Tuition Assistance (TA) and Credentialing Assistance (CA) funds, the program supports:

  • Classroom, hands-on, online/blended training
  • Study guides, textbooks, materials, and fees
  • Certification exams and recertification expenses

Funding is provided by the Department of the Army through the Department of Defense, with benefits renewing each fiscal year. By enabling service members to pursue civilian credentials, the Army CA Program empowers individuals to expand their skills, advance their careers, and successfully transition into civilian roles.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Army CA Program, Army service members must be:

  • Regular Army personnel
  • Active Guard/Reserve (AGR) pursuant to Title 10 and Title 32
  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) members
  • Army National Guard (ARNG) members in active drilling status with satisfactory designation

Ranks eligible include enlisted personnel, warrant officers, and officers across all branches of the Army.
