Penzance Unveils Plans for “One Rosslyn” – A New Development Featuring Three Luxury Residential Towers Set to Reshape Rosslyn’s Skyline

Proposed mixed-use complex will front Gateway Park

Penzance submitted the project's initial 4.1 site plan application to Arlington County today, formally kicking off the County’s Site Plan Review Process.
