Building upon expertise in Elfa™ metal based boxed solutions, now offering easy to install wood alternative

COPPELL, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Container Store (NYSE: TCS), the nation’s leading retailer of organizing solutions, custom spaces, and in-home services, has expanded its many Custom Spaces offerings with the launch of a premium wood closet in a box system designed for easy do-it-yourself installation. In addition to Elfa™ metal boxed solutions that The Container Store offers, the new, premium wood option includes nine different possibilities for a two-foot up to a six-foot closet.

The initial launch features a super-matte white finish, with single, double, or triple hanging capabilities and shelving options - allowing customers to create multiple options while designing their spaces. Ideal for closets and other living spaces, unique features include innovative hidden mounting hardware, air tech edge banding, and QR installation code instructions with a video and 3D model of the finished product. The solutions are manufactured and packaged in The Container Store’s Chicago facility.

Launching in November, the comprehensive solution will only be available for purchase in Chicago and Dallas-based stores and viewing on containerstore.com. More locations will be added soon.
