(NYSE American LLC Symbol: CCEL) (“Cryo-Cell”), the world’s first private cord blood bank to separate and store stem cells in 1992, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend at an initial rate of $0.25 per share of common stock to be paid to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2024. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 29, 2024. The Board of Directors plans to evaluate the dividend policy on a regular basis, considering the Company’s earnings, cash flows, and alternative uses of and access to capital that may arise. Depending on these factors, future dividend payments may be increased or decreased and there is no assurance that future dividends will be paid.
