OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Federman & Sherwood investigates Woodloch Pines and the Lodge at Woodloch (Woodloch Properties) for data breach. On October 18, 2024, Woodloch Properties filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Woodloch Properties experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their computer system on or around May 4, 2024. Woodloch Properties immediately launched an investigation into the incident. A review of information gathered during the investigation concluded on October 3, 2024, and determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired by an unauthorized third party.

On October 18, 2024, Woodloch Properties began mailing notices to the affected individuals.
