EL DORADO HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Patra, a leading provider of technology-enabled insurance outsourcing and software services, announced the appointment of Eliah Kahn as Managing Director Advisory Services, reporting to the CEO, John Simpson. He comes to Patra with more than three decades of consulting and operations leadership experience with private and Fortune 500 Financial Service providers. In this newly formed role, Mr. Kahn will manage Patra’s Capabilities Consulting Practice for new and existing clients to help evaluate their operating models, identify opportunities to drive efficiency through accelerated transformation and realize margin enhancements. He will also be responsible for helping Patra create new opportunities supporting their accelerated growth.
Eliah Kahn is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading insurance, financial services, and consulting practices. Most recently, Mr. Kahn was Chief Experience Officer at Brightway Insurance, where he led Brightway’s service delivery organization while helping them transform to an evolving digitally led experience supporting their producers in a complex franchise insurance distribution model.
Prior to Brightway, he was a Managing Director and Partner at Accenture PLC, leading their global P&C Personal and Commercial operations for top insurance carriers, helping them transform their front and back-office capabilities through advanced automation, always leading with speed to efficiency and best in class service delivery. Before joining Accenture, Mr. Kahn led Allianz’s Worldwide Partners Global Competency Centers, which supported Comprehensive Medical, Life, Travel Insurance, Roadside Assistance, and Specialty programs. Other significant leadership roles, included; Prudential Insurance, Cigna Small Commercial, Mercer Benefits outsourcing, and Teleperformance, each presented key challenges to start from scratch or consolidate large operating models for those respective entities. In all cases, these roles led to operational outcomes focused on increased distribution capacity and quality of delivery while driving accelerated efficiencies across a number of challenging operating model structures.
