NCQA is an approved accrediting agency and its HPA program is considered the gold standard for health plan evaluation programs, ensuring the proper structure and processes are in place to meet consumer protection and quality improvement expectations.
As the most widely recognized accreditation program in the U.S., NCQA Interim HPA approval validates that Antidote Health has the proper structures and framework for implementing best practices, including quality improvement processes to improve key operational areas, such as care coordination, access to care, effective member communications, and preventive care.
