Capco Appoints Three New Partners to Drive Expansion of US Insurance Practice

NEW YORK--()--Capco, the global management and technology consultancy, has appointed three new Partners to accelerate the company’s growth in the US insurance market. Collectively, this Partner team covers all insurance lines of business and brings a complementary set of industry, technology and consulting expertise to address the critical issues facing insurers.

Laurie Winters is an expert in guiding Insurance clients through complex transformations, from strategy through to implementation. She also has experience in aligning business, technology and third-party stakeholders to drive exceptional business results. Prior to joining Capco, Laurie held multiple leadership roles at PwC, IBM and Cognizant, where she led the significant expansion of their respective insurance consulting businesses. Laurie holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and is based in Missoula, MT.

Paul Tiede has extensive expertise spanning insurers, management consultancies, and insurtechs, and he has held senior roles at Securian, PwC, IBM, DXC and Verisk. A licensed and appointed life insurance agent, he understands firsthand the unique challenges facing insurers. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s from the University of Minnesota. He is based in Maple Grove, MN.

Shannon Worsham has a background in underwriting, distribution and technology honed at QBE Insurance, and consulting expertise refined in insurance consulting leadership roles at Cognizant and Genpact. She has a deep understanding of clients’ perspectives, defining innovative solutions and ensuring successful implementation while delivering exceptional business value. Shannon earned an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan. She is based in Ann Arbor, MI.
