DURANGO, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Peak Resources LP (“Peak”) announced today the launch of its initial public offering of 4,700,000 Class A common units representing limited partner interests in Peak (the “Class A common units”). The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 705,000 Class A common units at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Class A common units being offered to the public represent an approximate 32.3% limited partner interest in Peak, or an approximate 35.4% limited partner interest if the underwriters exercise, in full, their option to purchase additional Class A common units. We have applied to list our Class A common units on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol “PRB.”
Peak intends to use the net proceeds from the initial public offering, if consummated, to pay down debt and for general partnership purposes, including for growth capital.
