EAST HAVEN, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fly The Whale (FTW), a US Part 135 Scheduled Air Carrier based in New Haven, CT, is pleased to offer Block Islanders four daily weekday flight options this winter with conveniently timed flights between Block Island (BID) and Westerly, Rhode Island (WST). This route will be the FTW’s first scheduled service offered in the Northeast. FTW currently has scheduled service in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico with private charters available in the Northeast region, seasonally in Florida and The Bahamas.
Flights between Block Island and Westerly will begin November 4, 2024, offering four daily round trips Monday through Friday. FTW offers exceptional frequent travel commuter pass programs including WhalePass for individuals and WhalePak for businesses and families. Additionally, FTW will also offer counter-to-counter freight transport services.
