Magnit also receives “Superior” designation across various categories in SIA’s MSP Global Landscape and Differentiators 2024 Report

FOLSOM, Calif.--()--Magnit™, the industry's first outcome-driven, AI-powered workforce management platform provider, received “Enhanced Functionality” and “Developed Functionality” ratings in all categories in Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Vendor Management System (VMS) Global Landscape and Differentiators 2024 research report. It also earned “Superior” or “Strong” ratings across 25 of the 28 categories in the Customer Perception evaluation portion of SIA’s Managed Service Program (MSP) Global Landscape and Differentiators 2024 research report.

The goal of the reports is to offer a better understanding of the VMS and MSP markets worldwide. A total of 21 VMS providers supplied sufficient data to meet the inclusion requirements in SIA’s VMS report, and 29 MSP providers submitted the necessary data to be part of SIA’s MSP report.

“We’re honored to have garnered ‘superior’ and ‘enhanced functionality’ ratings in SIA’s reports for the fourth consecutive year,” said Vidhya Srinivasan, chief product and marketing officer at Magnit. “These ratings reflect our dedication to innovation and change through our outcome-driven, AI-powered Platform, which enables organizations to more quickly and easily create talent-forward strategies and achieve their organizational goals.”

In the VMS Customer Perception Assessment of the report, Magnit attained “Strong” or “Superior” scores in all 23 subcategories, which include but are not limited to: platform stability, implementation support, adaptability, integration simplicity, issue resolution speed, and analytics and reporting.

The SIA Market Validation ratings ranged from the lowest, “No evidence of functionality or roadmap,” to the highest, “Enhanced functionality and adoption.” Magnit attained the highest rating in four categories of the evaluation:

  • Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Time, Expenses and Billing
  • Audit and Compliance
  • Mobile Enablement

In the MSP Customer Perception assessment, Magnit earned the highest “Superior” designation in nine categories, including “Statement of Work management,” “demonstrates innovation and shares strategic direction,” “identifies and recommends cost savings opportunities,” and “is a primary source of industry expertise.”

The analysis and data in the VMS report are based on SIA’s survey of VMS providers followed by detailed demonstrations of the platforms via web conference. The data and analysis in the MSP report are based on the results of SIA’s in-depth survey of MSPs.
