The change reduces the workweek to 32 hours, Monday to Thursday, while ensuring that employees continue to receive full compensation and benefits, as if they were working a traditional 40-hour week.
During a successful five-month trial, the leadership team reported positive outcomes including high productivity, communication, collaboration, and focus at work. These positive outcomes mirror the global findings from the non-profit 4Day Week Global, which studied the impact of the 4-day work week across six continents and thousands of employees.
