NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DLA Piper advised CM Equity Partners, a private equity firm that invests in aerospace and defense and federal services companies, in its acquisition of Sabre Systems, Inc. (Sabre).
Founded in 1989, Sabre provides cutting edge capabilities and solutions in digital transformation, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, advanced communication technologies, and enterprise data management to US Navy, Air Force, Army, other Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies in support of national security.
