With the theme, “Find the Good: The Future Is Now,” the conference equips advisors with cutting-edge tools and actionable strategies for business growth and client success.

WALTHAM, Mass.--()--Commonwealth Financial Network®, a national RIA dedicated to providing financial advisors with holistic, integrated business solutions, welcomed the largest-ever group of attendees to its 2024 National Conference—Find the Good: The Future Is Now. Nearly 2,300 attendees from across the U.S. gathered in Orlando, Florida, for today’s conference opening, kicking off four days dedicated to guiding advisors as they evolve and elevate their businesses.

“Commonwealth’s National Conference is a one-of-a-kind experience that gives us the opportunity to learn from our dynamic community of the finest professionals in the industry,” said Wayne Bloom, CEO. “National is about celebrating and supporting success across all the ways Advisors serve their clients. We’re showing what’s possible and enabling them to choose what’s right for them, when it’s right for them.”

To meet the unique needs of its community, Commonwealth curated preconference experiences for distinct groups of advisors. Two events included:

  • Enterprise Retreat. More than 80 advisors and operational leaders from enterprise-scale practices gathered for sessions focused on organization design, compensation systems, CFO decision-making, operations scalability, and marketing strategy.
  • Next-Gen Pre-National Program. A maximum capacity group of 120 emerging-to-mid-career advisors gathered to build leadership and business skills. A highlight of this first-ever program was a panel discussion with industry leaders, including Bloom.

The National Conference continues through Wednesday, October 9. Commonwealth will announce several enhancements and new initiatives across the firm, reinforcing its commitment to meet the evolving needs of its affiliated advisors as clients require innovative solutions and the industry continues to change.
