As a seasoned attorney recruiter and former lawyer, Kennedy brings deep industry knowledge and a track record of successful placements. She joins on the heels of Gina Mitch, a veteran recruiter with 25 years of experience in the legal industry who joined the firm last month.

Before joining the firm, Kennedy served as both a Principal and National Associate Practice Group Leader at Korn Ferry, where she was the top billing recruiter in its most recent fiscal year and regularly in the top five recruiters throughout her tenure. Kennedy began her legal career as a lawyer, earning her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law. This firsthand experience gives her a shrewd understanding of the industry and has facilitated her success in placing candidates at top AmLaw firms, regional firms, boutique firms and in-house legal teams.
