Campbell & Associates (“RGC&A”) by ICE USA, its transportation-focused engineering and consulting services and solutions platform holding company. The transaction marks the second addition to Godspeed’s expanding ICE USA platform and deepens its surveying, civil engineering, and construction management capabilities for public works and transportation agency customers within the highly attractive Tennessee market.
Founded in 1970 and headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, RGC&A is a premier full-service consulting and engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, inspection, and surveying services primarily for state and local government clients in public infrastructure development. The addition of RGC&A brings more than 40 highly-skilled professionals to the ICE USA platform, including its tenured leadership team which will remain with RGC&A following the transaction and continue to lead the business. RGC&A has established itself as a leader in the rapidly growing Tennessee market, with expertise spanning various sectors including transportation, water/wastewater, site development, and residential projects.
