BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sinclair today announced the company has launched Sinclair Cares: Hurricane Helene Relief, a fundraising partnership with the Salvation Army to assist with humanitarian relief efforts on the ground in Western North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Virginia and Tennessee.
Beginning today, www.SinclairCares.com will begin fundraising on behalf of the Salvation Army with all donations designated for delivering emergency aid, including food, water, shelter and cleanup kits.
Sinclair is hosting a concentrated day of fundraising on Friday, October 4. In addition, Sinclair will provide a corporate donation of up to $50,000 for the first $50,000 raised through www.SinclairCares.com.
