CHESTER, Pa.--()--Power Home Remodeling (“POWER”), the nation’s leading exterior home remodeler, and the Fortune #14 Best Company to Work For today announced the appointment of Kerry McGovern as Chief Brand Officer, and Mick Lynch as Executive Vice President, Delivery. Both new roles outline POWER’s steadfast expertise and commitment to building an iconic company that consumers admire and trust.

McGovern, who joined POWER in January 2022 as its Senior Vice President of Brand, oversees POWER’s communications, marketing, and creative teams. Once onboard, McGovern worked to refresh the company’s branding, relaunch its consumer website, create new internal communications channels for its dispersed workforce, and introduce the platform “Our Work Shows,” which is the hallmark of the company’s first external brand expression in more than 15 years. McGovern’s extensive expertise will be instrumental in building the long-term consumer strategy for the national home remodeler.

She previously held a number of senior roles over a tenure of 20+ years at major consumer brands like RE/MAX, Under Armour, the National Hockey League (NHL), and the alcohol delivery service app, Drizly, Inc. Recently, McGovern was named an honoree of Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Awards, Class of 2024 in the Brand Marketers category. With this accolade, she joins an elite group of women who are transforming brands, breaking barriers and propelling the marketing profession forward. McGovern will continue to report to POWER’s co-CEO, Asher Raphael.

“Kerry joined POWER with extensive, relevant brand experience. She was the visionary and leader of our recent brand refresh, which created POWER’s modern, high-end brand identity that not only stands out in our industry but also authentically represents who we are,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “Under Kerry’s leadership I’m incredibly confident we’ll take our brand to the next level.”

Lynch’s success compelled the executive team to re-architect the organization’s leadership structure, adding the new Executive Vice President role. Starting off entry level in sales, he then went on to work inside of every position within the operations vertical. He has held all existing leadership titles and relocated numerous times to support various business needs. In his most recent SVP role, he worked alongside POWER’s co-CEO and Chief Production Officer to create, implement, and manage POWER’s current Delivery vertical. Lynch has also been an instrumental part of POWER’s Craftsmanship program, allowing POWER to set a new standard for install expectations in the remodeling industry by training non-installation employees with construction skills.

In this new role, Lynch will oversee all Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents of Delivery across POWER’s 22 operating territories, while building out the vertical to support all future business growth as the company expands its national footprint. He will report to POWER’s Chief Operating Officer, Timothy Wenhold.

“Amongst an employee base of nearly 4,000, Mick stands out for pairing exceptionally high aptitude with an equally impressive work rate,” said Raphael. “He has re-architected our ability to deliver at scale and, more importantly, raised the bar for what great installations look like not just for POWER, but industry-wide.”

These appointments follow recent c-suite expansion for the company through Kevin Wiggins as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Marc Sule as Chief Business Technology Officer (CBTO). These industry veterans hailed from brands including Wawa, CVS Health, Urban Outfitters, and eBay.
