LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Atar Capital, a Los Angeles-based global private investment firm, today announced its affiliate Solero Technologies’ successful acquisition of Kendrion’s (KENDR.AS) automotive business in the United States and Europe.
The sale netted at an enterprise value of $67.1 million. The revenues of the divested activities amounted to $231 million with an EBITDA contribution of $23.1 million USD.
