Andy Gordon to Transition to Senior Advisor Role

NEW YORK--()--Octagon Credit Investors, LLC (“Octagon”), a leading credit-focused investment manager overseeing $33 billion in total assets, announced today that effective January 1, 2025, Andrew Gordon, Executive Chair, will step back from his day-to-day duties and assume the role of Senior Advisor.

Mr. Gordon co-founded Octagon in 1994 and has served in various executive leadership positions over his 30-year tenure at the firm, including serving as Chief Executive Officer for 15 years before transitioning to Executive Chair. Gretchen Lam, who was named Chief Executive Officer in 2024, will continue to lead the firm. As Senior Advisor, Mr. Gordon will continue to mentor and advise Octagon’s senior management and will remain a member of the Board of Managers.
