With the release of X1 Enterprise Collect v5.2, users gain the ability to easily perform preservation in-place of Microsoft Mail data with the X1 Enterprise M365 Mail Hold solution capability. This new feature expands the already fastest-in-industry M365 search and collection capabilities and allows the customer to quickly enable preservation in-place all from within the X1 Enterprise Manager interface. This seamless functionality enables litigation holds to be placed simultaneously while teams are using X1 to identify key custodians and identify responsive data thereby effectively reducing costs and time spent during the process.

In addition to its robust M365 and enterprise-wide endpoint capabilities, the introduction of custodian-based workflows within X1 Enterprise Collect continues to enhance the legal, corporate and IT user experience by allowing all of a custodian’s disparate data sources to be readily organized under a custodian entity for immediate search, analysis, and collection. This beneficial capability accelerates the user workflow and enables true unified search by custodian across the full suite of M365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Mail, etc.), Dropbox, laptops, file-shares, and more utilizing X1’s patented index-in-place search technology.
