Entermind Seeks to Bring Gen AI to the Generation Alpha

SINGAPORE--()--Entermind, a Singapore-based Gen AI start-up founded by Aarav Kumar, a 17-year-old student of United World College, along with three of his classmates – Andrej Radovanovic, Yash Julián Johri, and Ayudh Sen – has managed to secure $20,000 in seed funding commitment.

Entermind was founded in July 2023 as an experimental outfit to explore products that can deploy generative AI to better solve real world problems of businesses.

After a few successful trial projects, the team came together to develop a roadmap of solutions for marketing process – gleaning economic opportunities from conversational data; discovering revealing insights; developing digital design solutions – and finally acquiring customers for it.

Aarav Kumar, founder and head of product, said: “The idea began as a play really. Messing with ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc., for fun got boring after a while and that led me to a curiosity about how it all actually works under the hood. And once you get a sense of that, then you wonder how you can make something useful from this. The first projects sprung out of that wonderment and it worked. So that was the eureka moment.”

The product names are inspired by Lewis Carroll and named as ‘The Looking Glass’ for the opportunity module; ‘The Rabbit hole’ for deep dive insight module; ‘The Mad hatter’ for the creative module; and ‘The Cheshire Cat’ to attract customers, respectively.

Andrej, who is co-founder and chief of growth, commented: “Gen AI is where the line between the logic and magic blurs. And new growth opportunities abound at that intersection. Our ambition is to help unlock some of those.”

Asked about their go-to-market strategy, Yash Julián, chief of marketing, added: “Our generation is the true native to the Gen AI tech. We hope to be able to bring an insider’s understanding of the space to our customers.”

Ayudh Sen, the chief of technology at Entermind, said: “Conversations are everywhere. But the same conversation can have very different meanings in different contexts. Capturing such nuances is the main opportunity as well as challenge with Gen AI.”

“We hope to bring to life an affordable, easy-to-use and easy-to-customise product. We also hope to surprise with our quality for the price. Watch this space for more,” added Aarav Kumar.
