QGenda Appoints Courtney Green as Vice President of Nurse and Staff Solutions

Strategic Hire Extends QGenda’s Clinical Expertise to Deliver Workforce Management Solutions for the Entire Care Team

ATLANTA--()--QGenda, a leading provider of healthcare workforce management solutions, today announced the appointment of Courtney Green, MSN, RN, NE-BC, as the company’s first Vice President of Nurse and Staff Solutions. Green will provide strategic vision and practical guidance to help QGenda customers optimize healthcare staffing and operations while fostering a sustainable workforce environment. Green joins a growing number of clinicians on the QGenda team to serve as a voice for the needs of those who provide care every day.

“Patient care is nothing without the hardworking nurses and staff who make up our hospital systems, but the trends we’re seeing in turnover and burnout could have long-term impact on patient access and care quality,” said Greg Benoit, CEO, QGenda. “As we continue to build out our in-house clinical care team to ensure our products more broadly address the needs of the entire healthcare workforce – including nurses and staff – Courtney’s knowledge and experience will complement the insight of our long-term Chief Medical Officer, Patrick Hunt, MD.”

Green brings over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience to QGenda, encompassing both clinical and operational leadership. Her career began as a Registered Nurse at OhioHealth, eventually leading her to a key role on the Nursing Leadership team within the Columbus, Ohio healthcare system. With extensive experience in workforce management software and scheduling tools, Green transitioned to a software vendor role, where she supported a wide range of hospitals and health systems – from large enterprises to small community facilities – in optimizing labor management and workforce care.

"My career has been driven by a deep passion for supporting the workforce of healthcare by advocating for leaders to have the solutions and information they need to lead their teams, and for staff to have the opportunity to be engaged in the work they do," Green said. "When we can provide that, everyone wins, including the patients being served. This role gives me the opportunity to elevate the voices of healthcare leaders and help to shape product strategy and development, ensuring QGenda solutions effectively address the challenges faced by the entire healthcare workforce team. I'm tremendously excited about the opportunity to drive meaningful change and am confident in our future."
