CP Group Announces Lease Renewal With Anchor Tenant T-Mobile at One Ravinia Drive in Atlanta, Ga.

Leading wireless carrier continues tenancy at prime Central Perimeter office park

ATLANTA--()--CP Group, the largest private owner of commercial office space in Atlanta, today announced the lease renewal of T-Mobile for approximately 100,000 square feet at One Ravinia — one of two 17-story office towers totaling 800,000 square feet in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket.

Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, T-Mobile established its Atlanta satellite office at One Ravinia in 2007. In the transaction, Eric Ross of CBRE represented CP Group, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Kirk Diamond, April Parrish, Erin Smith, and Steven Taylor represented T-Mobile.

CP Group recently completed a series of capital improvements across One and Two Ravinia, including enhancing the lobbies, renovating and expanding the cafe and coffee bar, and adding a modern tenant lounge with outdoor seating to provide comfortable spaces for employees to gather and collaborate.

Additionally, CP Group upgraded the onsite conference center and introduced 85,000 square feet of newly designed spec suites, ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet, as part of its ‘worCPlaces' flexible workspace offering. This program is designed to offer customized, move-in-ready suites that meet the needs of companies seeking adaptable yet scalable office environments for evolving teams. Two Ravinia has seven new spec office suites on the 16th and 17th floors scheduled for completion in October 2024 and available for lease.
