DUNCAN, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KDLLP is excited to announce the ground-breaking ceremony for Rivers Edge, their housing project at 222 Cowichan Way, Duncan, BC, today, September 12th, 2024, at 10:00 AM PST.
KDLLP is developing a mixed-use building located on Cowichan Tribes reserve land which will include 200 apartment suites with up to 30% of the units at below-market rent. The ground floor will also offer commercial space and a café.
