NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Garnett Station Partners (“Garnett Station” or “GSP”), a New York-based principal investment firm managing over $2.3 billion in assets, is pleased to announce Chris Kozina as Head of GSP’s Value Creation Team (“VCT”), which is comprised of the firm’s Operating Partners and Operating Executives.
In this newly created role, Mr. Kozina will lead execution and further development of the VCT in support of adding value to the firm’s investment and portfolio management teams. Mr. Kozina will leverage over 30 years of global and regional leadership experience and nearly ten years of experience working with the team at GSP to maximize the impact of the firm’s strong team of Operating Partners and Executives, tapping into their combined industry expertise and expansive networks to elevate its advisory services and platform. Mr. Kozina has worked closely with Garnett Station since its first fund and officially joined the firm as an Operating Partner in 2023.

Prior to joining Garnett Station, Mr. Kozina spent a decade in diverse executive committee roles at SabMiller/MillerCoors, including as President and Chief Executive of its distribution business. He began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, advancing to Partner in the company’s global consumer goods and services business. He also currently serves part-time in the public sector, as an Assistant Vice Chancellor and senior advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, sourcing and supporting public-private partnerships.
