Each NEW Mega Melt comes with a choice of premium sides and is paired with complementary dipping sauces including Homestyle Ranch, Creamy Chipotle Ranch, and a new “secret sauce”. Plus, for guests looking to add a little green to their plate (because hey, greens are good, too), Perkins is also launching a new Kale Apple Walnut Salad full of fresh and flavorful seasonal ingredients that bring the flavors of fall to guests’ plates.

Here's the mouthwatering lineup to get you drooling:

  • Buffalo Chicken Melt: Grilled sourdough bread layered with buffalo-infused crispy chicken tenders, crispy Applewood smoked bacon, coleslaw, sliced Pepper Jack and shredded mozzarella cheese. Served with Ranch dressing for dipping.
  • The Hangover Melt: Grilled sourdough bread, dipped in French Toast batter and layered with hearty sausage, crispy Applewood smoked bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, crunchy tots, sliced Cheddar and shredded mozzarella cheese. Served with a maple syrup dipping sauce.

  • Kale Apple Walnut Salad: Fresh kale, shredding cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced apples, walnuts, craisins and creamy goat cheese all lightly tossed in apple cider vinaigrette.
