Mr. Jones, who has spent more than 20 years as a litigator in Corpus Christi, focuses on commercial and construction litigation, real estate and development litigation and oil and gas. Well-known throughout the Corpus Christi legal community, he has served as president of the Corpus Christi Bar Association, as director for the Texas Young Lawyers Association and is an active member of the Texas Bar Foundation and American Board of Trial Advocates.

Mr. Jones earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. A proud Aggie, he is an active member of the Texas Aggie Bar Association, the 12th Man Foundation and the Association of Former Students.
In addition to his client work, Mr. Jones is an avid conservationist who has worked as legal counsel for organizations such as FlatsWorthy, Ducks Unlimited and the Coastal Conservation Association.
