These exciting Executive and Board appointments follow the previously announced growth investment in S&S by Lovell Minnick Partners (“LMP”), a private equity firm focused on investments in financial services, business services, and financial technology companies.

Mrs. Yearout brings more than 30 years of experience in the employee benefits and TPA industries. She formerly served as President of Health & Benefits at Ascensus, the nation’s leading provider of technology-enabled administrative solutions for tax-advantaged savings programs. Mrs. Yearout was responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and growth of the Health & Benefits line of business until it was ultimately acquired by WEX. Prior to joining Ascensus, she held many leadership positions in the benefits industry. These included roles with Express Scripts, where she oversaw management and delivery of healthcare reform initiatives and market development for health plans, and UMR, where she led operations and account management.
Mr. Christianson’s career has included finance and accounting leadership roles at both private and public healthcare companies. Prior to joining S&S, he held finance leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Bright Health Group, EY, and multiple healthcare technology-focused start-ups.
Mr. Griffith formerly served as the VP of Engineering for Businessolver, a benefits administration technology platform, where he led the Software Engineering and Infrastructure teams building and supporting a SaaS enrollment platform for over 20 million members. He also served as a Board advisor for Fit For Golf, a golf fitness application.
Richard Fuchs brings more than 35 years of experience across healthcare sector. In the past, Richard held leadership roles at Health Net (Centene) United Healthcare, Anthem (Elevance) and Walmart. Today, Richard is Board Director and Advisory to a number emerging healthcare services companies including S&S healthcare. Richard most recently served as Walmart’s SVP of Strategy, Innovation and Sales, bringing Walmart’s healthcare capabilities to market, including Primary Care Clinics, Virtual Healthcare Platform, Optical Services, multi-channel pharmacy capabilities, directed spend benefits, Walmart Insurance Services, and Healthcare programs. Previously, at Anthem, Richard developed a National Labor Organization across the 14 Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield markets, where the company’s National Labor Business Unit became the leader in healthcare services to the Taft Hartley marketplace. Over a 10+ year career at Anthem, Richard also developed Anthem’s dedicated student business and led the large group segment strategy and Integrated Business verticals. During his tenure, Richard also led the acquisition and integration of Ameriben, and he managed the privately held Third Party Administrators segment, which has become a major growth resource for Elevance. Richard’s career began at Health Net, where he became a business unit leader in both the East and West Coast. During his 15-year tenure with the managed healthcare organization, Richard focused on large group employers, unions and public sector entities. After Health Net, Richard joined United Healthcare, leading their Public and Labor sector sales organization growing their membership by more than one million and over $5 billion in annualized revenue. Richard also helped develop products, services and strategy that are instrumental to their current product and growth objectives.
