(NASDAQ Capital: IROQ) (the “Company”), the holding company for Iroquois Federal Savings and Loan Association, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 18, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 27, 2024.
