These strategic engagements underscore ZCGC’s commitment to expanding its team’s expertise to meet evolving market demands and unlock new value for partners and portfolio companies.

The following individuals have joined ZCGC:
- Faz Habib has been engaged by ZCGC as Managing Director, Business Operations. Mr. Habib is responsible for implementing and aligning operational goals and activities as well as improving operational processes across the portfolio. He brings extensive industry and financial services experience, having spearheaded growth initiatives in the hospitality, entertainment, and retail industries. Prior to his engagement with ZCGC, Mr. Habib served as Vice President and Head of In-Park Services for Six Flags, where he led transformational efforts within the food and beverage, retail, lodging, and festival categories. Before Six Flags, Mr. Habib was a Portfolio Manager with Amboy Road Capital and DA Capital, focusing on distressed investments and bankruptcy reorganizations. Mr. Habib holds a Bachelor of Science in both Economics and Computer Science from Cornell University.
- Jeff Wooding has been engaged by ZCGC as Managing Director, Strategic Finance. Mr. Wooding is responsible for all aspects of strategic financial oversight, planning, and analysis, including direction of portfolio-wide financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and root-cause analysis. With significant experience in restructuring and portfolio management, Mr. Wooding brings a proven track record of delivering accurate, efficient analysis and service to key stakeholders. Prior to his engagement with ZCGC, he worked in restructuring and held management-level positions at AlixPartners, Westpac Banking Corporation, and GE Capital. Mr. Wooding holds a Bachelor of Economics in Economics and Accounting from the University of New South Wales.
- Daniel Wong has been engaged by ZCGC as Consultant, Business Operations. Mr. Wong is responsible for implementing and aligning operational goals and activities as well as improving operational processes across all portfolio companies. Prior to his engagement with ZCGC, Mr. Wong served as Consultant with In-Park Services for Six Flags, where he provided operational and strategic guidance through industry research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling and analysis. Earlier, Mr. Wong was a Vice President at DA Capital, focused primarily on the U.S. small to mid-cap equity universe. Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
- Jacob Glaser has been engaged by ZCGC as Associate, Strategic Finance. Mr. Glazer is responsible for portfolio company financial reporting, due diligence and other M&A support, data analytics, and assisting with strategic finance transformation initiatives. Prior to his engagement with ZCGC, Mr. Glaser was a Senior Associate within Transaction Advisory Services at Kroll, LLC, where he was responsible for conducting financial diligence on acquisition targets for private equity and corporate clients. Earlier, Mr. Glaser was an Associate at PwC Strategy&. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Philosophy from Stanford University.
