ZCG’s 2024 new hires include the following individuals:
- Sierra Blazer has joined as Associate General Counsel and a member of the ZCG Investment Team. Ms. Blazer is responsible for fund formation and solutions, including the structuring, offering, and management of ZCG’s private equity, credit, and infrastructure funds. She also supports firmwide legal and compliance initiatives and collaborates with portfolio company management teams on a variety of service, commercial, and relationship agreements. Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Blazer was an Assistant Vice President at Blackstone Inc. and an Associate in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
- Cameron McDonough has joined as Vice President, Credit, and a member of the ZCG Credit Investment Team, which manages numerous credit funds that invest in diversified portfolios of debt instruments. Mr. McDonough is responsible for helping to make and manage investments in existing and prospective credit portfolios. Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. McDonough was a Vice President at Hartford Investment and earlier a Credit Analyst at Man GLG, a Credit Research Analyst at Sun Life Investment Management, and a Junior Research Analyst within the high yield group at HIMCO.
- Giuseppe Pappini has joined as Event and Partnership Manager. Mr. Pappini is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of firmwide events and strategic partnerships globally. Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Pappini was the Global Partnership Manager for HCLSoftware and earlier the Partnership Marketing Manager (Marketing & New Business) for Scuderia Ferrari, with which ZCG has partnered since 2023.
- Emily Przybyszewski has joined as Events Coordinator. Ms. Przybyszewski is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of firmwide events globally. Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Przybyszewski designed and executed events and roadshows as a Global Capital Markets Roadshow Coordinator at Morgan Stanley and earlier as a Corporate Conference and Event Coordinator at Syneos Health.
- Yuri Kim has joined as Associate, Credit, and a member of the ZCG Credit Investment Team. Ms. Kim is responsible for supporting the execution and management ZCG’s credit investments. Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Kim was as a Research Associate at Crescent Capital Group and earlier an investment analyst in the rotational analyst program at AIG.
- Celia Oatis has joined as Associate, Corporate Development. Ms. Oatis is responsible for the preparation of marketing, diligence, and fundraising materials, as well as conducting research and analysis to support all aspects of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development across ZCG platforms. Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Oatis was an Analyst within the Capital Formation group at Aviditi Advisors and earlier an Investment Banking Analyst within the Regional Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities.
- Hannah Prusack has joined as Associate, Corporate Development. Ms. Prusack is also responsible for the preparation of marketing, diligence, and fundraising materials, as well as conducting research and analysis to support all aspects of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development across ZCG platforms. Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Prusack was an Analyst in the Investor Relations group at Blackstone Inc. and earlier a Financial Analyst in the rotational program at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
- Prasant Sahoo has joined as Senior Analyst, Credit, and a member of the ZCG Credit Investment Team. Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Sahoo was an Associate Manager at Sutherland Global Services and earlier a Delivery Lead with Moody’s Analytics.
- Kunal Sehgal has joined as Senior Analyst, Credit, and a member of the ZCG Credit Investment Team. Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Sehgal worked at Sutherland Global Services and earlier an investment banking analyst at UBS.
- Karan Vekaria has joined as Analyst, Credit, and a member of the ZCG Credit Investment Team. Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Vekaria was a Credit Research Analyst at Credit Suisse and earlier a Senior Credit Analyst with Debtwire.
