Franklin BSP Capital Corporation Announces Third Quarter 2024 Regular and Special Common Stock Distribution of $0.33 Per Share

NEW YORK--()--Franklin BSP Capital Corporation (“FBCC” or the “Company”) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.29 per share of Common Stock and a special cash distribution of $0.04 per share of Common Stock, totaling together $0.33 per share of Common Stock. The distribution will be paid on or around August 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of August 5, 2024. The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash distribution on its convertible Series A Preferred Stock in an amount equal to the as-converted Common Stock distribution amount.
