Sharpening Customer Value
TPI is sharpening its focus on delivering exceptional customer value through transformation. Their core mental technology, strongly based on the teachings of TPI’s founder, Lou Tice, is being restructured to be more activity-driven and experiential. This evolution makes the technology more relevant to the needs of a post-COVID, AI-enabled, hybrid workforce increasingly populated by digital natives. TPI is also enhancing their consulting practices in strategic planning and execution, sales execution, cultural transformation, M&A cultural integration, leadership development, and management training, ensuring that their clients continue to achieve the tangible and impactful results for which they strive.
