WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Duo Health, a new type of value-based medical group for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage kidney disease (ESKD), announced the hire of Kristen Warden as President and Chief Operations Officer. Warden brings extensive experience in operating and growing value-based care organizations.
Prior to joining Duo Health, Warden most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of ConcertoCare, leading growth and operational excellence in their home-based care model for senior patients. As Chief Operating Officer, Kristen has built and led operations, integration, and IT teams, achieving significant growth and operational efficiency. Her leadership in value-based care and strategic business development will drive Duo Health's expansion and enhance our ability to serve patients and partners effectively across the communities we serve. “Kristen has a proven track record in leadership of value-based care organizations and mobilizing teams focused on complex senior patients and chronic kidney disease patients,” shared Nathan Goldstein, Duo Health’s co-founder and CEO. “Her operational excellence is invaluable to Duo Health as we continue expanding our reach to new patients and new markets.”
“I’m excited to join Duo Health – to contribute to its mission of improving patient outcomes and to continue its expanded reach for more provider groups, patients and communities impacted by CKD,” said Warden.
