Lucid Capital Markets Establishes REIT Equity Research Group With Hiring of Industry Veteran Craig Kucera

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lucid Capital Markets, LLC (“Lucid”), a full service broker dealer and investment bank, is pleased to announce the establishment of its REIT Equity Research Franchise with the hiring of Craig Kucera as Managing Director. Craig will have coverage responsibilities across the REIT sector.

Prior to joining Lucid, Craig focused on the real estate sector for more than 25 years. Most recently, he was a managing director at B. Riley Securities covering equity REITs. Prior to B. Riley, he was a managing director at Wunderlich Securities. Craig received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Bradley University and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Tippie College of Business, the University of Iowa.
