In this role, Londergan is responsible for helping Simplex grow by expanding partnerships and expanding Simplex’s current core business into new products and geographies.

Prior to joining Simplex Trading, Londergan served as the Managing Director, Head of Finance Division at Optios Inc. in Chicago. Before that, Londergan was a Senior Advisor at Belvedere Trading and Managing Director of Strategic Relationships and Market Ecosystem at PEAK6. He has held CEO roles at both LiquidPoint, a GTCR portfolio company, and Group One Trading, a privately held options market making firm, where he spent 16 years. Londergan has previously held board positions on the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Miami Pearl Exchange Board, the Board of Directors for Trader Tools and more.
