The Venice office and field crew staff are currently engaged with several national homebuilders and commercial construction companies to provide residential construction staking, hydrographic surveys, and geographic information systems (GIS) deliverables. The team’s efforts offer construction support and land development services to Florida’s Southwest Coast, a region undergoing a rapid growth period.
GeoPoint Surveying has been growing its footprint in the southeast with office locations strategically positioned from South Carolina and south, throughout the Sunshine State. The company began as a start-up in 2009 after several well-established companies closed their doors when the housing market bubble burst, creating many opportunities for the new surveying company that has continued to expand its reach for nearly 15 years.
