The Jacksonville, Florida-based benefits consultant will service a diverse client base across the Southeast, delivering solutions that help employers control costs while enhancing employee wellness.

Prior to joining Alliant, Shaw was a Client Executive with a national insurance and risk management consulting firm, where she designed and delivered highly competitive and strategic employee benefits solutions to clients across the U.S.

Shaw holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications with an emphasis on rhetoric and theory from Colorado State University. She is also a frequent lecturer at the University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business.
