Wayne has served as the CTO in several large organizations and currently contributes his skills to prestigious institutions such as Georgetown University Law Center and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Wayne Chung previously served as the CTO for BlueVoyant and prior to that as the CTO of the FBI. He also served as an Innovator-in-Residence at the National Security Agency’s Cybersecurity and Computer Network Operations Mission. Dr. Chung is a Senior Fellow at the Georgetown Law Center on National Security and a Technical Advisor to the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
Mark Tainton has extensive professional experience in AI, business analytics, and data science, including tenure at Ventiv Technology, Calamos Investments, HUB International, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., and Aon Risk Solutions. Mark combines deep expertise in data science with rich experience in the insurance industry, making him the ideal candidate to drive CLARA’s customer engagement and analytics strategies.
