TMC is a portfolio company of Grovecourt Capital Partners.
Founded in 1987, Lincks is an industry leading transportation and traffic engineering firm serving both the public and private sectors across central Florida. Lincks brings a wealth of experience and expertise to TMC's expanding portfolio and builds upon the complementary client portfolios of both firms in order to unlock new growth opportunities.

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Greenberg Traurig acted as legal advisor to TMC and Shumacker acted as legal advisor to Lincks & Associates.
