Seyfarth Bolsters Corporate Department with Addition of Michael Delaney in Atlanta

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seyfarth Shaw LLP announced today the arrival of partner Michael Delaney to the firm’s corporate department. Delaney joins Seyfarth from Bryan Cave, where he was counsel in the corporate and finance transactions group.

Delaney’s multifaceted public and private company experience, along with his successful track record in private practice and as chief legal officer of three multinational companies across multiple industries, deepens the firm’s offerings to its clients in the Southeast and beyond.

Delaney counsels companies, investors and entrepreneurs on a variety of legal matters, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance and securities law. He also has significant experience in regulatory and compliance matters, both in the U.S. and globally, structuring acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities. Delaney, who also is a certified public accountant, assists organizations to comply with SEC regulations and securities laws.
