NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tiffany Marg transitions to a new role as Senior Vice President within the Data-Driven Performance Strategy team at Underscore Marketing, joining a dedicated collegiate of life sciences innovators to drive commercialization and overall brand performance.
Tiffany has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, building brands and executing campaigns. Her expertise crosses multiple therapeutic disease states including HIV, oncology, cardiovascular, and rare disease. She has a strong understanding of strategy and planning throughout the entire lifecycle of a product, from clinical-trial recruitment, through disease state education and brand launch, to brand maturity/loss of exclusivity.
In her previous role as SVP of Client Services, Tiffany was dedicated to building a first-class service team for Underscore’s clients, ensuring alignment between their ongoing business needs and goals and the execution of Underscore’s strategy and solutions. She also helped bring new ideas to her clients to boost both brand and customer-campaign performance, meeting their specific business KPIs.

Steph Carman: new SVP, Client Services
Steph joins Underscore with over 20 years of pharma/life sciences agency experience, most recently with Evoke where she led a team on their BMS CAR-T business. A majority of her career has focused on launching new products in new and existing categories ranging from diabetes to rare disease. Steph brings with her an impressive ability to command a challenging client relationship and to guide a successful team. Her wealth of experience with clients and team development will help Underscore support and grow its client services team and take them to the next level of performance excellence.
Steph’s portfolio includes, amongst others, Toujeo/Diabetes where she led the brand’s strategic development and successful launch; Actemra/RA where she drove KOL planning and engagement for brand launch and additional indications; and Dupixent/Atopic Dermatitis where she spearheaded the launch of the first biologic for AD – ensuring fluid alignment across the brand alliance. She also has robust healthcare and clinical experience in the hospital and LTC settings providing patient care as an EMT, Nurses Aid, and Phlebotomist.
