The America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women ranking highlights the companies that have created the best working environment for women based on a range of metrics, including compensation, diversity and work-life balance. Criteria for this study included public data, interviews with human resources professionals and confidential online surveys of working women. In total, more than 142,000 female employees were interviewed to collect over 848,000 comprehensive reviews of large and small companies.
