Crespo brings over a decade of experience as a global DEI partner, having served as both an attorney focused on civil rights and as a DEI-focused consultant. Before joining MSK, Crespo founded a boutique consultancy specializing in providing customized DEI strategies to Fortune 500 companies, law firms, nonprofits, and educational institutions. Crespo also previously served as Reed Smith LLP’s Senior Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisor, having helped with the launch of DEI client partnership programs.

Crespo will work closely with firm leadership and the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee to drive meaningful change and ensure diversity remains at the forefront of talent development and the organization.
