With over three decades of IT expertise, Dr. Rangaswamy is known for driving growth through strategic program management, solution definition, and effective leadership in large IT program execution. He is known for his successful leadership and enablement of large IT engagements across several Fortune 500 customers delivering business value worth several million dollars through innovative solutions. His multifaceted skills span healthcare, life sciences, telecom and financial services domains.

In his current role at LTIMindtree, Dr. Rangaswamy oversees the global delivery of Healthcare and Life sciences engagements, catering to diverse sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Payers, Providers, and more. Prior to this, he held the position of VP & Head of Connected Lifestyle Division at Harman Connected Services, where he led initiatives in Healthcare, Travel, Hospitality, Retail, Gaming, and Market research.

As a member of the CHS Board of Directors, Dr. Rangaswamy will provide expertise and guidance to the company on its projected growth as a national-tech firm with its data platform, Analytics for Risk Contracting (ARC) and initiatives for value-based care.
