Tom Chen, who most recently served as CPO at Humu, brings over a decade of experience in B2B software, reshaping workplaces with product innovations from the likes of Instacart, Lyft Business, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). As Aircall’s Chief Product Officer, he will spearhead the company’s product strategy, foster an innovative mindset across the company, and elevate the experience for our customers.
Alan Talanoa, who joins as Aircall’s Chief Technology Officer, previously holding the same role at Humu as well as engineering positions at Honor, Lyft, and AWS, has an abundance of leadership and expertise in the tech industry. Leading Aircall's technology strategy, he will direct a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative products and solutions for SMBs.
With years of experience driving united technology and product strategies at other high-growth businesses, Chen and Talanoa are perfectly placed to lead Aircall at a time of significant expansion and innovation. Their appointment also contributes to expanding Aircall’s international footprint, particularly in the US, where Aircall has a strong customer base and ambitious plans for further growth.
